Chef Claire shows the right technique.
Short modules in which a fictional instructor breaks a technique down step by step: mixing, butter lock-in, lamination, shaping, proofing and baking. The same production craft as the series, put to work for learning: chefs show them in class, and each module is embedded in the app within the recipe it explains.
